Kolcraft stroller recalled after kids’ fingers amputated

Kolcraft Enterprises Inc. is recalling about 36,000 strollers after receiving reports that three children had their fingertips amputated in a hinge, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.
