Rogelio Garcia received his law degree from Northern Illinois University in 1995. He initially worked for a personal injury firm in Chicago Heights, Illinois, before joining the Law Offices of the Cook County Public Defender in 1996. As a public defender he worked in the traffic division, juvenile division, and then finally as a felony trial attorney at the Cook County Criminal Court building. He has tried over 200 criminal bench trials and 18 felony jury trials including murder, sex assault, and burglary. Mr. Garcia is a member of the Capital Litigation Trial Bar. He joined the Law Offices of Michael McCready and Associates in 2004 where he continues his criminal practice as well as practicing in the areas of personal injury and workers compensation. |
