Workers' Compensation

Generally speaking, if you are injured on the job, your injuries are covered by The Workers' Compensation Act.  When you suffer an on the job injury, you are entitled to payment of all your reasonable and related medical expenses, two thirds of your salary while you are unable to work and compensation for any permanent injury you sustain.

Employers in Illinois are required to have worker’s compensation insurance, but even if they do not, injuries may be covered by The Injured Workers’ Fund, a system of benefits provided to most workers who have job-related injuries.

We have a long and proven track record in workers’ compensation cases.  As aggressive advocates for our clients, our reputation among the insurance companies is well-known and respected.  We are not afraid to go to court when our clients are being treated unfairly or wrongfully denied benefits. If an offer to settle a case is inadequate, we will take the case to court for a decision. In addition, we offer superior service by maintaining frequent contact with you. We return your calls, answer questions, and handle any aspect which may arise during the course of your case.

Our consultations are always free and with no obligation. We never charge a fee unless we are retained and make a recovery. However, after speaking with us even for a consultation, you will quickly realize the benefit of having our firm represent you in your worker’s compensation case.
